The COVID-19 pandemic is here to stay for the moment.

Our office remains CLOSED to the general public.

Appointments are being made  by phone or video wherever possible. If your case requires an in person appointment, we will make one, but you will be required to wear a mask in our office. Our staff’s health and safety are important to us, and staying healthy enough to work your case is a priority…right behind the health and safety of ourselves and our families in this situation.

Ohio has MANDATED masks in most situations. We are following that order. That means, that you WILL wear a mask if you come into our office unless you have an order from a doctor that clearly states that you cannot wear a mask for a clearly specified medical reason, or if you are under the age of 10 and unable to keep a mask on, or fall into one of the other specified categories under the Governor’s order.

Most of the courthouses we appear in are also now mandating masks the minute you walk in the courthouse door.

If you do not have a mask, please let us know; we can have one available for you at the office, or to meet you in front of the courthouse.

If you are meeting Addie at the courthouse, she also has Lysol spray and hand sanitizer with her at most hearings.

If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, and are scheduled for an in person appointment or a court hearing, PLEASE call us as soon as possible so that we can make other arrangements, or tell you what documentation we might need to reschedule.
